Terms & Conditions

  1. You are not permitted to publicly share video recordings or still images of lessons, or to pass them on to third parties.

  2. EwA Tutoring will not share video recordings of lessons publicly or with third parties, except if required by law or to resolve a legal dispute involving legal council.

  3. Lesson materials are the property of EwA Tutoring and must not be shared publicly or used for any commercial purpose.

  4. You agree to EwA Tutoring's cancellation policy (see below).

Cancellation Policy

  • Lessons are prepared in advance. Because of this, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • For lessons cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, but at least 24 hours in advance the student receives a 50% refund.

  • Lessons cancelled less that 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

  • In order to cancel a lesson, please contact me via info@ewatutoring.com. The time stamp on your email counts as the time of cancellation. 

  • In the event that EwA Tutoring cancels a lesson at any time, a full refund is issued.
